- We are unable to ship Alaska orders via ground shipping; club members receive $20 flat rate express/air shipping on all orders to Alaska.

- Every Spring & Fall, we host complimentary wine club pick-up parties in Spokane, Seattle and Vancouver, as well as an annual catered wine club party at our Walla Walla winery with live music.

- Throughout the year, you’ll receive special invites and club rates for a variety of events in our Walla Walla & Spokane tasting rooms.
WINE CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS
Wine Club Releases
- The REININGER & Helix Wine Club is a recurring subscription for four wine club releases per year, offering membership benefits to a single household.
- Members can customize their wine club shipment to their wine drinking preferences with our current available wines up until the charge date.
- E-mail notifications with club release details, shipping dates and deadlines will be sent approximately four weeks prior to billing your card on file.
- Members are responsible for keeping their payment method current, and we reserve the right to cancel a club membership after two unsuccessful club charges
- Member credit cards are charged automatically during the last week of the month prior to a shipment month.
- Members agree to a minimum of two consecutive club orders after joining, and that they will skip no more than one quarterly club each year.
Shipping & Pick-Up Terms
- Members are responsible for all shipping charges incurred due to misdirected, returned, and/or reshipped orders.
- Pick-up orders must be picked up within six months of release. If not picked up, we will contact you to make arrangements to ship.
- We are unable to ship Alaska orders via ground shipping; club members receive $20 flat rate express/air shipping on all orders to Alaska.
Cancellations
- Members who have received a minimum of two consecutive club orders may request cancellation by emailing info@reiningerwinery.com, by texting (509) 508-0796, or by calling at (509) 522-1994.
- California residents who wish to cancel their membership online may do so here.
